Beschreibung

• Serve as a strategic finance partner to Product, Growth Analytics, Credit, Revenue, and Merchant Pricing, influencing product strategy, investment decisions, and go-to-market execution • Own and evolve user growth, engagement, and monetization models for direct-to-consumer channels; translate insights into actionable strategies and business recommendations • Develop deep expertise in transactional unit economics and customer lifetime value (LTV), and use these frameworks to guide prioritization and resource allocation • Lead top-line planning processes, including target setting, forecasting, and performance tracking; deliver clear, concise reporting and insights to executives and senior leadership • Build and scale automated dashboards, reporting, and analytical frameworks to improve visibility and decision-making across the organization • Identify key drivers of performance, surface risks and opportunities, and drive accountability against business goals • Synthesize complex analyses into clear, compelling narratives that inform strategic decisions and align cross-functional stakeholders

🎯 Anforderungen

• Proven ability to operate with ownership and influence in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment, with strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills • 10+ years of experience in analytical roles (e.g., strategic finance, investment banking, consulting, data science, or analytics), with demonstrated impact on business outcomes and forecasting • Player–coach mindset with the ability to dive into complex analyses while leading and developing a team of analysts • Strong business judgment, with the ability to connect detailed analyses to broader strategic context and executive-level decisions • Experience partnering with senior stakeholders and influencing decisions across cross-functional teams • Expert in financial modeling; working knowledge of SQL and experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Sigma or similar) preferred
