Beschreibung

• Develop, evolve, and maintain scalable, high-availability backend services. • Build APIs and integrations with internal and external systems. • Actively participate in squad technical discussions, contributing to architecture decisions and best practices. • Perform code reviews to ensure code quality, readability, and maintainability. • Work with distributed systems and microservices-based architecture. • Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and continuous deployment best practices. • Monitor applications (logs, metrics, alerts), identifying and resolving issues. • Collaborate with Product, Data, and Infrastructure teams to build efficient, scalable solutions.

🎯 Anforderungen

• Strong experience in backend development with at least one modern language (Python, Go, or Node.js). • Experience with backend frameworks (such as FastAPI, Django, Express, Echo, Fiber, or similar). • Experience with microservices architecture and distributed systems. • Knowledge of messaging systems (Kafka, RabbitMQ, or similar). • Familiarity with relational and non-relational databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis). • Knowledge of containerization (Docker) and CI/CD practices. • Experience with automated testing and development best practices. • Ability to analyze technical trade-offs (performance, scalability, cost, and security). • Experience working in agile squads and collaborating in code reviews. • Differentials: • Previous experience with high-availability or mission-critical systems. • Experience with multiple integrations (external APIs, authentication, billing, legacy systems). • Prior experience technically leading parts of projects or initiatives. • Ability to contribute to architecture definition and solution design in partnership with Product.
