Beschreibung

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver iteratively, working side-by-side with designers, front-end engineers and product to ensure solutions are implemented efficiently and aligned with business and user needs. • Design and implement secure APIs and integrations, ensuring platform performance, stability and data/process consistency. • Perform monitoring and automated testing to ensure services remain fast, reliable and available in all situations. • Participate in defining the technical roadmap, anticipating bottlenecks and proposing solutions that accelerate the delivery of value to end users. • Contribute to building and strengthening a technical culture of excellence, with a strong focus on quality and agile development. • Reflect on and validate ideas, continuously contributing to the evolution of the product and the customer experience. • Be responsible for the ongoing development of solutions, ensuring the expected level of quality in deliveries.

🎯 Anforderungen

• Completed Bachelor's degree. • Proven experience in Python, with emphasis on frameworks such as Django, Django-Restless, Django REST Framework (DRF) and FastAPI for building scalable, maintainable APIs and web systems. • Familiarity with asynchronous processing, microservices architecture and scalable APIs. • Knowledge of AWS, with experience using services such as S3, SQS, SNS, RDS, CloudFront, as well as Lambda Functions and the Serverless Framework. • Proficiency with Git and disciplined commit history management, ensuring traceability and delivery quality. • Broad understanding of development processes and agile workflows, with awareness of the application lifecycle and integration with areas such as front-end, QA and DevOps. • Advanced knowledge of project architecture, design patterns and backend development best practices, with emphasis on code readability and testability. • Experience with relational databases, Django ORM, migrations and query optimization for high performance. • Knowledge of unit, integration and end-to-end (E2E) testing, using tools such as Pytest, unittest, Playwright and mocking external services. • Familiarity with CI/CD, Docker, automated deployments and monitoring in cloud environments.
