Beschreibung

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for agile deliveries: work side by side with backend, frontend and cloud teams to ensure solutions are implemented efficiently and aligned with requirements; • Ensure platform performance and stability: design and implement secure APIs and integrations, and perform automated monitoring and testing to ensure platform data and processes remain consistent, fast and available in all situations; • Implement automated tests to ensure code reliability and quality; • Monitor and optimize application performance in production; • Actively participate in technical decisions and the evolution of the system architecture; • Contribute to improving the infrastructure, architecture and performance of existing systems and microservices; • Help enhance the development experience for teams; • Foster a culture of technical excellence: be obsessed with quality and agile development; • Reflect on, validate ideas and help delight our customers; • Be responsible for continuous daily development and ensure the quality we strive for.

🎯 Anforderungen

• Proven experience in Python, with emphasis on frameworks such as Django and FastAPI for building scalable, maintainable APIs and web systems; • Proficiency with Git and organized commit history, ensuring traceability and delivery quality; • Strong ability to support teammates' development and communicate technical decisions clearly and objectively; • Broad understanding of development processes and agile workflows, with deep knowledge of the application lifecycle and integration with other areas (front-end, QA, DevOps); • Advanced knowledge of project architecture, design patterns and backend development best practices, prioritizing code readability and testability; • Experience with relational databases, Django ORM, migrations and query optimization for high performance; • Knowledge of unit, integration and E2E testing using tools like Pytest, unittest, Playwright, ensuring quality and reliability; • Familiarity with CI/CD, containerization (Docker), automated deployments and monitoring in cloud environments; • Strong ability to influence, engage and resolve conflicts constructively.
