Beschreibung

• Develop Demand Forecasts: Utilize IBP data scientist modeling, market intelligence, and field sales input to create accurate demand forecasts. • Coordinate Demand Reviews: Collaborate with sales and marketing stakeholders to conduct thorough demand reviews. • Execute Demand Planning: Provide reliable forecasts to ensure effective demand planning. • Analyze Historical Sales Trends: Review past sales trends, research demand drivers, and evaluate forecast results to inform future planning. • Perform Root Cause Analysis: Investigate key metrics such as forecast accuracy, bias, and value add to identify underlying issues. • Derive Consolidated Forecasts: Generate a comprehensive forecast of unconstrained demand. • Evaluate IBP Deviations: Discuss and understand the impact of last month's IBP deviations on the current month's plan. • Facilitate Best Practices: Proactively facilitate and re-engineer best practices, fostering consensus among functional experts. • Drive Improvement Actions: Implement actions for improvement and develop a stakeholder communication plan. • Monitor Forecast Consumption: Track forecast consumption and plan attainment to ensure alignment with goals.

🎯 Anforderungen

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree or equivalent • 10+ years relevant experience for entry to this level • Extensive knowledge and specialized expertise in sales, marketing, or finance • experience in forecasting or planning is a plus • Strong executive presence and leadership skills • Demonstrated ability to assess complex business problems and deliver impactful results • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage with different levels of management • Self-motivated and capable of operating independently.
