Beschreibung

• Communicate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for your team at eXp Realty • Collaborate with Directors of Product to align product initiatives with business goals and user needs • Analyze user data to identify trends and opportunities for improving product usability and customer satisfaction • Partner with engineering, design, and marketing teams to ensure seamless product delivery and launch • Conduct user research and gather feedback to inform product decisions and enhancements • Facilitate discussions and workshops to prioritize features and gather input from diverse teams • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) for product success and track progress against goals • Own the search and AI growth metrics. Add reporting and ongoing research and presentation of current changes in search and discovery • Prepare and present regular reports to leadership on product performance and strategic recommendations • Lead agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives, to ensure efficient product development • Champion continuous improvement practices within the product team and across the organization • Monitor industry trends and competitor offerings to identify potential threats and opportunities

🎯 Anforderungen

• 5+ years of experience in product management, preferably within the technology sector • Proven track record of successfully launching and managing software products • Experience working in a fully remote environment, demonstrating strong self-motivation and communication skills • Extensive experience with Agile methodologies and product development lifecycles • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven mindset • Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams • Knowledge of industry trends and emerging technologies relevant to real estate, AI and software solutions • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
