Beschreibung

• Oversee the preparation and accuracy of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with U.S. GAAP. • Work closely with the Global Controller, Assistant Controller, and both the Corporate and International accounting teams. • Lead the preparation of monthly management financial statements including Balance Sheet, Income Statement, and Statement of Cash Flow. • Enhance the financial close process , ensuring timeliness, accuracy, and completeness. • Coach a team of senior accountants , driving accountability, ownership, and professional growth. • Review journal entries, account reconciliations, and supporting schedules for accuracy and compliance. • Establish and maintain internal controls over financial reporting. • Partner with cross-functional teams (FP&A, tax, operations, HR, Sales and Marketing, Legal) and external service providers. • Lead global consolidation processes across multiple business units and legal entities. • Oversee foreign currency translation, intercompany eliminations, and consolidation adjustments. • Ensure compliance with evolving U.S. GAAP standards and local statutory reporting requirements.

🎯 Anforderungen

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance, CPA required. • Minimum of 7-10 years of progressive experience in accounting and financial reporting, with 5+ years in a leadership or managerial capacity. • Experience in a global manufacturing industry preferred. • Public accounting experience preferred. • Strong proficiency in US GAAP, financial statement preparation, foreign currency translation, multi-entity eliminations and consolidation, project management. • Expertise with ERP systems (like SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) and consolidation tools, advanced Excel skills. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, detail-oriented, ability to work independently and as part of a team, and strong leadership capabilities.
