Beschreibung
• Manage AHV EPC Projects, specifically accepting overall project responsibility • Direct oversight of all contractual and financial obligations • Perform and present all financial budgeting, billing, tracking and reporting • Develop, update and report on critical path project schedules • Lead project meetings to update and track project progress • Work with Pre-Construction, Procurement, and Engineering • Proactively manage Engineering & vendor drawings • Continuously communicate with subcontractors and vendors • Oversee and resolve project and vendor/subcontractor related issues • Coordinate daily with Site Managers
🎯 Anforderungen
• College degree required • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering preferred • 10+ years of demonstrated success in Construction Project Management • Ability to travel to the construction project sites
