Beschreibung

• Develop and maintain robust backend services handling high-volume global traffic • Implement functional APIs and optimize query performance • Contribute to modular, resilient, service-oriented architecture • Write clean, maintainable code using SOLID principles, OOP best practices, and design patterns • Debug and resolve issues across the technology stack • Integrate asynchronous processes using queues and basic event-driven patterns • Collaborate with Senior Engineers and Product teams to turn requirements into technical solutions • Participate in the on-call rotation to maintain 24/7 service reliability across global operations

🎯 Anforderungen

• 3–5 years of professional backend development experience with PHP • Proven experience building applications in Laravel, or strong Symfony background with willingness to transition to Laravel • Strong understanding of OOP, interfaces, and code modularity • Solid SQL knowledge, including database indexing, migrations, and basic query optimization • Ability to effectively use AI tools during technical tasks, including prompting, validating, and iterating • Familiarity with Docker and basic CI/CD pipeline troubleshooting • Experience writing unit and feature tests • Fluent English and ability to communicate technical progress and seek support effectively within a remote team • Must already reside in Spain or the UK and be fully eligible to work there • Availability to participate in the on-call rotation • Bonus: familiarity with Redis/Memcached, AWS, SaaS or Traveltech solutions, eSIM or GSMA technologies, distributed systems, and horizontal scaling
