• Shape and drive the AI for Developers strategy • Partner with Staff and Sr. Staff engineers on architecture trade-offs and product direction • Stay current on the evolving AI tooling landscape and balance innovation with measurable developer impact • Champion, coach, and consult with teams and leaders across the company on adopting new AI capabilities • Foster relationships with partner teams and stakeholders and craft working agreements • Coach and mentor the team with empathy • Contribute to the broader organization’s culture and processes • Build foundational AI tooling and infrastructure for developer productivity, including agentic coding tools, asynchronous AI workflow platforms, SDKs for internal AI app development, and AI-assisted code migration

🎯 Anforderungen

• 2+ years of experience as a full-time manager • Experience supporting and coaching Staff+ and Senior engineers • Experience managing a remote/distributed team • Prior experience building developer infrastructure, tooling, or platforms, ideally at scale and with tools, frameworks, or systems commonly used in the industry • Experience applying AI technologies to real-world software development challenges • Track record of quickly ramping up in new domains, technologies, or languages • Demonstrated success partnering cross-functionally • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Must live in a state where Airbnb, Inc. has a registered entity
