Beschreibung

• Define the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for how guests discover, book, and enjoy services • Prototype, launch, and iterate experiments with engineering and design • Define and analyze metrics including conversion, attach rate, repeat booking, and guest satisfaction • Talk to guests, review reviews and support tickets, and take bookings to represent the guest perspective • Partner with supply and operations teams to balance guest, host, and partner needs • Drive strategic clarity across engineering, design, marketing, operations, legal, and leadership • Build Airbnb’s Guest Services business line and grow new service categories from first bookings into thriving marketplaces

🎯 Anforderungen

• 10+ years of consumer product management experience • Track record of taking 0→1 product ideas through incubation, piloting, and graduation to scaled products at a consumer internet company, marketplace, or equivalent • Ability to prototype using the latest AI tools • Ability to assess business viability, size opportunities, and translate hypotheses into testable MVP scopes • Ability to structure ambiguous problem spaces into actionable roadmaps with minimal process • Experience managing multiple workstreams with competing priorities and tight timelines • Cross-functional collaboration and communication across business, partnerships, engineering, design, and data science • Experience developing product narratives and working with marketing and communications to bring new offerings to market • Comfortable with hands-on individual contributor product work • Ability to work Pacific Time Zone work hours as needed • Must be based in an eligible U.S. location; employees cannot be located in Alaska, Indiana, Nebraska, North Dakota, Ohio, South Dakota, Wisconsin, Alabama, Mississippi, Oklahoma, Delaware, or Rhode Island
