Beschreibung

• Leading Technical Strategy, driving the pre-sales process for multi-product solutions, ensuring every recommendation is perfectly aligned with the customer's business objectives. • Being the primary technical authority for our customers, leading high-impact activities including Technical Demos, Customer Analysis Reports (CARs), and complex Proof of Concepts (POCs). • Partnering with Engineering and Product teams, designing innovative solutions that optimize performance, security, and reliability at the intelligent edge. • Sharing your expertise with those around you, fostering a culture of technical excellence and collaborative problem-solving. • Driving the "Technical Win": Masterfully explain Return of Investment (ROI) and technical value, ensuring Akamai remains the partner of choice against global competitors.

🎯 Anforderungen

• Love to learn new technology, skills, and have a curious mindset. • Have a comprehensive mastery of "how the internet works," including TCP/IP, DNS, HTTP, TLS, and cloud-based architectures. • Have experience with internet based security technologies. • Have a track record in a customer-facing technical role (Pre-sales/Consulting) where you've managed the full lifecycle of a technical sale. • Have experience whiteboarding a complex architecture and presenting a business case to C-suite executives. • Have experience with scripting and coding (Python, JavaScript, Rust, GO) for building custom integrations with edge technologies and AI-native workflows. • Be fluent in English is required. Given our location in the heart of Amsterdam, fluency in Dutch is a significant asset.
