Beschreibung

• Manage the day-to-day implementation of the AITLS initiative in accordance with the approved grant proposal, objectives, schedule, budget, and U.S. Department of Education requirements • Translate the grant proposal into annual and semester-based implementation plans, work plans, timelines, milestones, and deliverables • Coordinate activities across Academic Programs, Institutional Management and Student Services, and Financial Stability • Maintain the master project implementation calendar and monitor activities, milestones, deliverables, and performance targets • Coordinate project activities across academic, administrative, technology, institutional research, finance, human resources, and external consultant stakeholders • Coordinate the redesign of the online BS in Psychology program, including curriculum alignment, AI literacy integration, Quality Matters activities, faculty development, and instructional design • Coordinate the Distance Education Success Center, AI-powered student navigation chatbot, and Virtual Navigator model • Support the Graduation Initiative and activities improving student retention, persistence, financial clearance, and degree completion • Convene implementation meetings, prepare agendas, document decisions, maintain action-item logs, and follow up with responsible parties • Monitor project progress and identify delays, barriers, risks, and deviations from the approved project plan • Coordinate project performance data collection and maintain the project dashboard • Coordinate monthly, semiannual, annual, evaluation, and other required project reports • Work with Grant Administration to ensure expenditures and administrative activities align with the approved grant budget and project scope • Coordinate consultants, subject-matter experts, instructional designers, trainers, and other project partners • Maintain comprehensive project documentation demonstrating implementation fidelity and completion of grant-funded activities • Assist the Project Director with communications to senior leadership and internal and external stakeholders • Support institutionalization and sustainability of successful grant-funded practices

🎯 Anforderungen

• Master's degree from an accredited institution in higher education administration, education, business administration, project management, public administration, organizational leadership, or a related field • Three (3) years of progressively responsible experience managing complex projects, preferably in higher education • Demonstrated experience coordinating cross-functional teams and multiple concurrent workstreams • Proficiency with project-management, reporting, data-management, and productivity technologies • Experience managing federally funded initiatives or major institutional projects is strongly preferred • Experience using Canvas is strongly preferred
