Beschreibung

• Hire, develop, coach, and train sales representatives to execute effectively • Hold the team accountable for achieving results through coaching and performance management • Take appropriate corrective action when necessary to achieve team and personal objectives • Explain the organization’s mission, vision, and values and their relationship to individual team members • Develop and implement business plans based on organizational strategy • Drive customer engagement to change Eye Care Practitioner behavior • Attain quarterly and annual sales quotas • Monitor call metrics, including reach and frequency to targeted accounts • Ensure compliance with regulations

🎯 Anforderungen

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent years of directly related experience (or high school +13 yrs.; Assoc.+9 yrs.; M.S.+2 yrs.) • 5 Years of Relevant Experience • 3 Years of Demonstrated Leadership • Ability to fluently read, write, understand, and communicate in English • Ideal candidate will reside in Northern Virginia to cover the Northeast Region
