Beschreibung

• Assist with directing and oversight of day-to-day operations across multiple production facilities, warehouses, and distribution locations within assigned states or territories. • Ensure all regional operations consistently meet production, quality, safety, and customer service expectations. • In collaboration with the Director of Operations, develop operational strategies to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and maximize productivity. • Monitor regional performance metrics and implement continuous improvement initiatives. • Manage multiple production shops and storage facilities. Ensure facilities remain organized, compliant, and operate efficiently. • Conduct regular site visits and operational audits. Coordinate facility maintenance and capital improvement projects. • Recruit, develop, coach, and supervise Site Supervisors, Site Laborers, CDL Drivers, and other regional personnel. • Ensure all Ice Solutions products are produced according to established quality standards and product specifications. • Assist in the oversight of regional fleet operations, including trucks, trailers, tanks, forklifts, production equipment, and support vehicles. • Promote a safety-first culture throughout all regional operations.

🎯 Anforderungen

• Minimum 7+ years of related experience and/or training; or an equivalent combination of education and experience. • Minimum 7+ years’ experience in a relevant field, such as Project Management. • Computer skills: Ability to quickly learn new database programs. • Proficient in navigating communication platforms (such as GPS Mobile Applications, etc.). • Moderate proficiency in Microsoft Suite, Salesforce, Samsara, and Paylocity.
