Beschreibung

• Lead approximately 5 Solutions Engineers covering Commercial, Enterprise, and Strategic accounts across AMER • Develop SEs to facilitate technical storytelling and drive the narrative during pre-sales • Own technical evaluations across AMER deals from discovery through evaluation and business close • Partner with regional Sales leaders and Account Executives to align SE coverage, prioritize pursuits, and build pipeline and account strategies • Coach SEs on consultative selling, customer outcomes, and quantifiable ROI • Lead adoption of AI coding tools, AI-assisted discovery and solution design, and automated demo and proof-of-concept generation • Drive business objectives through the Value Engineering process using quantitative customer data • Partner with Demo Engineering to build compelling examples and prove ROI • Support quarterly quota attainment through technical wins on net new regional business • Implement data-driven programs and best practices to improve win rates, sales cycles, product adoption, and revenue-support efficiency • Enforce operational best practices, maintain customer communication, and forecast technical wins • Recruit, onboard, and ramp new Solutions Engineer hires • Partner with Customer Success and Professional Services on technical handoffs, adoption, expansion, and renewal • Work with Product and R&D to channel regional field intelligence into the product roadmap • Serve as a trusted advisor to technical and executive stakeholders internally and externally

🎯 Anforderungen

• 3+ years leading or coaching technical pre-sales teams in B2B SaaS, including first-line management experience • 5+ years working as a Solutions Engineer or Solutions Architect selling to SMB, Enterprise, and Strategic segments • Strong technical fundamentals and prior developer experience in JavaScript, Java, Python, or a similar high-level programming language • Deep understanding of web technologies and architecting scalable ecosystems • Working knowledge of headless solutions, modern commerce stacks, and AI/search applications • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding quota in various economic environments • Experience hiring, ramping, and developing Solutions Engineers in a high-growth team • Interest in learning new technologies and developing business-propelling solutions • Excellent communication and presentation skills, including C-suite communication • Coaching mindset and commitment to developing people and raising team execution standards • Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time
