Beschreibung

• Deliver ERP, CRM, and BI projects on time, within budget, and according to contract specifications; • Ensure SOX compliance across all phases, reporting status to internal and external management; • Manage project financials, including budgeting, accounts receivable, and profitability; • Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives; • Develop project plan, define milestones, and ensure appropriate resource utilization to support profitability; • Mentor and guide project teams, fostering collaboration and professional growth; • Contribute to business development through proposal writing and client engagement; • Increase communication points between the leadership team and project management team to enhance collaboration and organizational culture.

🎯 Anforderungen

• BS and/or an MS/MBA degree in management, business, MIS, or a related technical discipline. Specialized training or 4 additional years of experience may substitute for an advanced degree; • Minimum 5 years of consecutive experience as a Project Manager; • Proven ability to manage large, complex projects and follow SOX compliance; • Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills. • 2 years of experience in ERP project management. • English: Proficient
