Beschreibung

• Support the development and implementation of product initiatives and business strategies • Coordinate projects and programs across multiple departments to ensure successful execution • Analyze product, market, competitor, financial, and risk management data to identify insights and opportunities • Measure results, communicate findings, and provide recommendations to leadership • Assist with process improvements and organizational change initiatives • Partner with cross-functional teams to support product, pricing, and risk management strategies • Monitor initiative performance and help ensure successful implementation and execution • Create presentations and reports communicating business results and recommendations

🎯 Anforderungen

• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint • Familiarity with Power BI and interest in working with data and reporting tools • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Ability to read, interpret, and act on information and business insights • Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn • Comfortable asking questions and collaborating with others • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment • Product Management experience or exposure preferred • Experience working in a virtual or remote environment preferred • Background in the automotive industry preferred • Sales experience or customer-facing business experience preferred • 2+ years of experience preferred, but not required • Recent graduates and early-career professionals are encouraged to apply • Successful candidate must submit to a background investigation • Reliable internet required, with minimum speeds of 50 MB download and 5 MB upload • Dedicated, private workspace free from distractions, with appropriate desk and seating
