Beschreibung

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of software engineers • Design and deliver reference architectures, sample applications, and reusable implementation patterns • Partner with product, platform, and infrastructure teams to address real-world engineering challenges • Provide technical leadership for architecture, design reviews, and implementation decisions • Promote engineering best practices related to scalability, resilience, security, and maintainability • Build understanding of platform dependencies (e.g., caching, messaging, networking, identity, observability) • Drive adoption of reusable patterns and standards across engineering teams • Participate in coding, prototyping, and troubleshooting activities as needed • Manage staffing, prioritization, delivery planning, and team performance • Influence engineering standards and platform adoption across the organization.

🎯 Anforderungen

• 7 years or more of software engineering experience building enterprise-scale applications and services • 2 years or more of technical leadership, team leadership, or people management experience (Or Equivalent) • Strong proficiency in Java and experience building distributed applications and services • Experience developing cloud-native applications in AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform • Experience with container technologies and Kubernetes-based deployments • Strong understanding of APIs, microservices, and service integration patterns • Experience with event-driven architectures, messaging platforms, or asynchronous processing frameworks • Understanding of distributed systems concepts including scalability, resiliency, fault tolerance, and performance optimization • Experience partnering with cross-functional teams to deliver technical solutions • Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence engineering decisions.
