Beschreibung
• Develop and execute strategic sales plans for assigned national accounts to achieve premium growth, profitability, and retention targets. • Identify and pursue new distribution opportunities with national agencies and affinity partners. • Drive sales of Personal Lines insurance products including Auto, Homeowners, and Specialty products. • Conduct regular business reviews with partners to evaluate performance.
🎯 Anforderungen
• 5+ years of experience in sales account management. • Proven record of profitable growth and sales leadership. • Strong negotiation skills and ability to build executive relationships. • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
