Beschreibung

• Investigating and confirming facts of loss for advanced automobile accidents • Determining coverage, liability, damages and adjusting and negotiating claims • Handling investigations regarding advanced auto claims and exercising discretion • Learning to review, evaluate, and negotiate basic to moderate injury claims • Identifying customer needs and working to meet those needs using customer service skills

🎯 Anforderungen

• Detail-oriented professionals • Understanding of insurance policies written by the company • Knowledge of advanced auto claims (coverage, liability and damages) • Ability to recognize body parts of a vehicle and identify potential property damage • Skill in determining subrogation or fraud potential.
