Beschreibung

• Develop and manage business relationships • Act as project lead for analytical projects with minimal oversight • Conduct analyses and develop data-driven process insights and actions • Aid in the development, execution, and leadership of projects across business areas, especially process/task mining and mapping • Identify and manage enterprise-wide product and process improvement opportunities • Develop and deliver operational dashboards and analyses in Celonis or other process intelligence tools • Apply Industrial Engineering practices to facilitate process efficiency and optimization • Identify process inefficiencies and root causes in collaboration with customers and Areas of Responsibility • Participate in designing leading-edge approaches and solutions using research, best practices, benchmarking, and industry experience • Develop strategic decisions and integrate subject matter knowledge with business goals and strategy • Analyze ambiguous problems and communicate complex information systematically • Develop ideas and materials and explain technical matters to non-technical executive decision makers • Drive analysis and direction of process improvement engagements • Improve department outcomes through innovation and expert guidance • Manage relationships with internal data partners and maintain data integrity • Gather functional Area of Responsibility requirements and translate them into technical requirements

🎯 Anforderungen

• 3 or more years of related experience • Experience with process mining tools such as Celonis, Minit, UiPath, Software AG, or similar preferred • Basic knowledge of SQL • Experience delivering operational dashboards or analyses using Power BI, Tableau, Qlik, or similar • Experience with process mapping tools such as Visio, Blue Works Live, or similar • Experience conducting a business process improvement engagement • Strong organization, communication, and administrative skills • Ability to think conceptually, analytically, and creatively • Advanced time management skills, including handling multiple projects, prioritizing, and organizing • Strong oral and business writing skills • Ability to lead, direct, and utilize project teams effectively • Ability to establish, manage, and leverage relationships with internal and external partners • Ability to analyze data and apply it to problem resolution or process improvement • Proficiency with MS Office Suite • Strong interest and/or experience in Big Data, Data Mining, and Process Mining • Understanding of complex data model structures and integration • Successful completion of a background investigation • Must have reliable internet with minimum speeds of 50 MB download and 5 MB upload • Allstate generally does not sponsor individuals for employment-based visas for this position
