Beschreibung

• Implement enhancements to the software delivery lifecycle that reduce friction for product engineering teams • Build and maintain standardized CI/CD pipelines and developer workflows based on defined architecture • Support the adoption of ephemeral environments and streamlined local development tooling • Drive automation across build, test, and deployment workflows • Implement and maintain automated testing frameworks and infrastructure aligned with shift-left quality goals • Enable teams to integrate component and end-to-end testing into their workflows • Integrate AI-based tools and workflows into the developer experience as defined by platform strategy • Build and enhance core components of the developer platform with a focus on stability and usability • Contribute to identifying and resolving bottlenecks in developer workflows and platform performance

🎯 Anforderungen

• 5+ years in progressively complex software engineering roles • Proven experience implementing platform, infrastructure, or developer tooling solutions • Experienced at end-to-end delivery of internal engineering systems - from discovery and tech approach definition to rollout and iteration • Expertise in scoping and delegating work to teammates • Microservices deployment on Kubernetes (AWS, GCP, Azure) • Building and maintaining efficient CI/CD pipelines (e.g., GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, or Jenkins) • GitOps, ArgoCD, local dev and build tooling (such as Gradle/Bazel) • Experience supporting developer experience (DevEx) tooling • Scripting and automation, specific for release and build management
