Beschreibung

• Provide daily construction, administrative and technical management of renewable construction projects delivering energy savings for public, institutional, government and commercial customers • Assist the Senior Project Manager with project accounting, budgeting, project scheduling and tracking, reporting quality management and internal communications • Ensure compliance with company financial policies and procedures, including revenue recognition policies and project setup rules • Serve as a liaison between the business office and operations • Manage direct customer interfaces, customer service, relationships and contractual obligations • Assist Engineering and Development and the Senior Project Manager with project design and development, including scope, subcontractor selection, cost estimation, installation and scheduling • Monitor project performance and cost estimates and forecast estimates through project completion • Review subcontractor and vendor bids to help determine scope, schedule and timely delivery of project materials, equipment and construction services • Assist with vendor and subcontractor management to ensure quality control and on-time, on-budget project delivery • Directly manage assigned construction managers/site supervisors • Maintain and update project schedules, monitor critical path activities and track outstanding items • Provide a detailed two-week look schedule for customer coordination and planning • Assist with project expenditures and job cost accounting, including documentation, approvals, payment reporting, monthly forecasting and tracking • Ensure compliance with company, industry, customer and jurisdictional safety standards, practices and codes • Travel as required • Perform other duties as required

🎯 Anforderungen

• High school diploma or equivalent • Minimum of five years of construction project management experience • Ability to review confidential US security information • Proven experience with OSHA safety standards, mechanical and electrical systems development, engineering, and project management regulations, practices, and codes • Demonstrated ability to effectively manage multiple priorities and foster positive business relationships • Strong verbal, written, computer, technical communication and presentation skills • Proficient computer skills including MS Word, Excel, Project • Valid Drivers’ License in good standing, issued by resident state • Completion or progress toward engineering, technical, or industry-related education preferred • Demonstrated work experience with direct digital energy controls systems, variable frequency drives, high efficiency motors, central plant chiller and boiler installations, lighting retrofits, renewable energy technology, warranty and service requirements preferred
