Beschreibung

• Rebuild, develop, and train the Market Growth and Partnerships team of 14 Market Leads and three Regional Market Directors • Drive incremental enrollment growth through district, principal, and teacher relationships • Design and conduct experiments to identify activities that increase enrollment efficiently • Own growth in each market from district partnerships through lead acquisition and enrollment • Execute locally and coach Market Leads hands-on • Translate data insights into strategy, resource allocation, and team priorities • Build senior-level relationships with districts and education leaders nationwide • Open new markets at senior levels • Propose investments to grow the team and expand ACE's footprint across the United States • Surface market-level problems to inform product innovation and new partnerships • Advocate internally for market needs and local challenge resolution • Communicate with students and ACE employees in real time using online and electronic media

🎯 Anforderungen

• 17+ years of progressive experience • Proven success leading growth across multiple markets or territories in the United States • Experience managing a range of account relationships • Proven senior leadership building, training, and scaling high-performing field or enrollment teams • High data acumen and ability to produce strategy and decisions from data insights • Strong strategy and operations experience • Consultative, relationship-driven approach to growth • Experience designing and running experiments to optimize performance and cost efficiency • Willingness to travel extensively across the United States • Passion for ACE's mission and helping educators serve, lead, and achieve • Ability to think end-to-end about a market while executing locally and coaching field team members • Exceptional communication, organization, and time management skills • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail • Ability to work independently with limited supervision and collaboratively • Must support and embrace the College’s Impact mission • Minimum remote-work internet bandwidth of 50 Mbps download and 5 Mbps upload • Candidates cannot reside in Alaska, Washington D.C., Massachusetts, South Dakota, or Alabama
