Beschreibung

• Lead teams responsible for technology solutions meeting business needs and Tech organization risk and operational requirements • Identify and resolve complex technical, operational, risk management, and organizational challenges for a line of business or multiple sub-lines of business • Leverage emerging technologies and automation to improve business efficiency, speed-to-market, and business and enterprise transformation • Hire, discipline, coach, terminate, and conduct performance reviews for teammates • Act as an Agile champion and oversee delivery of high-quality working software • Automate manual and reusable tasks and apply engineering practices to deliver business value • Oversee software engineering and unit testing, and support integration and functional testing • Oversee warranty support and knowledge transfer to production support • Ensure code meets Product Owner acceptance criteria • Direct engineering and deployment of significant delivery projects within technical requirements, schedules, and budgets • Oversee planning, design, engineering, testing, and deployment of application projects using Waterfall or Agile approaches • Develop departmental business, financial, production, and organizational plans aligned with IT, long-term operations, and business objectives • Guide and coach team members using systems engineering and administration expertise • Support funding of projects, products, services, and technologies • Own first-line risk defense, identify risks, and implement mitigations • Partner with second-line risk, auditors, and regulators • Serve as lead or technical consultant on large or complex projects and initiatives

🎯 Anforderungen

• Bachelor's degree and equivalent education and experience • Eight years of experience in IT software engineering, five years of relevant business experience, five years of project management experience, and at least two years of management experience, in the stated combination • Broad and in-depth knowledge of technology trends, competitive environment, regulatory requirements and trends, and IT strategies • Ability to translate enterprise-level strategic planning information into software and data management needs and create business plans • Executive-level communication, negotiation, facilitation, and presentation skills • Experience negotiating with vendors for relevant products and services • Ability to solve unique and highly complex technical, operational, and organizational problems • Ability to lead and manage multiple teams against financial and operational objectives • Experience managing enterprise-wide projects from conception through implementation • Understanding of multiple approaches to software engineering • Full understanding of Agile methodology • Experience leading teams in an Agile organization, particularly those practicing DevSecOps or transitioning from waterfall to Agile • Banking or financial services experience preferred • Successful completion of background screening
