Beschreibung

• Analyze business requirements and translate them into efficient and effective information systems solutions. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify system enhancements, perform data analysis, troubleshoot issues, and support system implementation and maintenance. • Partner closely with business stakeholders, product teams, and engineering to analyze processes, identify gaps, and define scalable solutions. • Lead end-to-end business analysis for complex initiatives, from discovery through delivery. • Manage scope, priorities, dependencies, and timelines across multiple initiatives. • Facilitate workshops, backlog grooming, and Agile ceremonies to drive alignment and execution. • Analyze business processes and drive improvements through optimization and automation. • Support testing, including UAT, to ensure solutions meet functional and business requirements.

🎯 Anforderungen

• Doctorate degree OR Master’s degree and 2 years of Computer Science, IT or related field OR Bachelor’s degree and 4 years of Computer Science, IT or related field OR Associate’s degree and 8 years of Computer Science, IT or related field OR High school diploma / GED and 10 years of Computer Science, IT or related field • 5+ years of experience in business analysis, requirements gathering, and functional solution design. • 3+ years of experience working with CRM platforms such as Salesforce (SFMC preferred), with ability to translate business needs into system capabilities. • 3+ years of hands-on experience working with Customer Data Platforms (CDP), including Salesforce Data Cloud, with strong understanding of unified customer data models, identity resolution, and segmentation. • 3+ years of experience analyzing data flows, integrations, and end-to-end data mapping across systems. • Strong understanding (3+ years) of Agile, Scrum, and Design Thinking principles. • 3+ years of experience creating documentation including user stories, process flows, data mappings, and acceptance criteria. • 3+ years of experience managing stakeholders and working across business and technical teams.
