Beschreibung

• Complete a 10–13-week biostatistics internship with meaningful project experience • Work closely with a senior-level statistician on the design and analysis of clinical trials and/or nonclinical research • Apply research and development methods across therapeutic areas including oncology, nephrology, bone metabolism, cardiovascular, and inflammation • Present a summary of completed work at the conclusion of the internship • Participate in executive and social networking events and community volunteer projects

🎯 Anforderungen

• Must be available to work a full-time schedule • Expected continued enrollment in an accredited college or university following the internship program / co-op • Student must be located in the United States for the duration of the internship program • Must be 18 years or older • Graduated with a bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university • Currently enrolled in an MBA, Master’s, PharmD, or Ph.D. program from an accredited college or university and completed the first year before the internship starts • Candidates must be authorized to work in the U.S. for the duration of this program • Pursuing a PhD in Biostatistics, Statistics, or Mathematics • In the process of completing the third year of the current program • Proficiency in SAS or R on either a UNIX or NT platform • Ability to lead and deliver results in an interactive matrixed environment • Strong written and oral communication, relationship-building, and leadership skills
