Beschreibung

• Lead the design, generation and delivery of real-world evidence evaluating the benefit:risk profile of medicines for regulatory decision-making and requirements. • Collaborate on integrated evidence generation plans and align RWE study conceptualization and design with cross-functional strategies and priorities. • Negotiate with cross-functional partners and enhance the use of RWE to substitute for or complement interventional studies, reduce drug-development time and cost, and answer business questions. • Facilitate dissemination of RWE through publications, congress presentations, trainings, and scientific/promotional resources for external stakeholders. • Contribute to innovative analytic methods and leverage internal data, analytics capabilities, and tools for rapid, scalable, reproducible RWE. • Advance innovative epidemiological methods and analytical capabilities supporting CfOR’s leadership within Amgen and across industry. • Serve as a member of the Bone team within Amgen’s Center for Observational Research.

🎯 Anforderungen

• Doctorate degree and 2 years of related research and scientific experience • Master's degree and 6 years of related research and scientific experience • Bachelor's degree and 8 years of related research and scientific experience • Bachelor's degree and 10 years of related research and scientific experience • High School diploma / GED and 12 years of related research and scientific experience • Doctorate in Epidemiology or another subject with high observational research content preferred • Experience designing, executing, and analyzing observational research studies in pharmaceutical and/or public health settings • Experience conducting research supporting drug development • Experience with secondary data systems, including administrative claims, EMR, and registries • Experience in observational research project planning and management • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills • Experience working with and leading multidisciplinary teams • Sponsorship for this role is not guaranteed
