Beschreibung

• Design, develop, test, and maintain the Drexi member mobile application and related member-facing tools • Design and maintain React Native and Expo features for iOS and Android • Build responsive interfaces for prescription pricing comparisons, pharmacy search, benefit information, member ID cards, and medication history • Integrate APIs, internal systems, and third-party services with data validation and error handling • Implement multi-factor authentication, access controls, and secure data handling • Protect confidential member information and comply with privacy, security, and HIPAA requirements • Build to OWASP MASVS and support security reviews and penetration testing • Write maintainable TypeScript and JavaScript; participate in code reviews and established version-control workflows • Develop and execute tests; troubleshoot defects and integration issues across supported iOS and Android versions, devices, and screen sizes • Collaborate on user acceptance testing, accessibility, responsiveness, and usability improvements • Support builds, deployment, release validation, monitoring, and post-launch maintenance • Own Apple App Store and Google Play release processes, including developer accounts, test tracks, store review, phased rollout, annual OS releases, Expo SDK upgrades, and policy changes • Configure build, signing, and over-the-air update workflows with approval and rollback controls • Document application components, integrations, setup requirements, and support procedures • Build reusable platform components including a shared design system, authentication and session module, API client, and release pipeline • Collaborate with technology, pharmacy operations, member services, QA, project leadership, and security teams • Participate in project planning, estimate development tasks, and communicate progress, dependencies, and risks

🎯 Anforderungen

• Professional mobile application development experience, including hands-on development of interactive mobile applications • Experience integrating applications with APIs and supporting software through testing, release, and ongoing maintenance • 7+ years of professional software development experience • 3+ years building mobile applications in React Native • Personally led the release of at least one React Native application to the Apple App Store and Google Play • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience, preferred • Experience designing and implementing applications to meet HIPAA requirements • Healthcare, PBM, health plan, pharmacy, or other regulated-industry experience preferred • Familiarity with member eligibility, pharmacy benefits, prescription pricing, or claims-related data preferred • Proficiency in TypeScript and JavaScript, with expert knowledge of React Native and Expo • Working knowledge of API integration, Swagger/OpenAPI, JSON, token-based authentication, multi-factor sign-in, and secure application data handling • Understanding of mobile application architecture, reusable components, source control, debugging tools, automated testing, release processes, iOS and Android app store submission, and code signing • Ability to build responsive, accessible interfaces across devices, operating system versions, screen sizes, network conditions, and offline use • Ability to translate business requirements into technical tasks and explain technical issues to nontechnical stakeholders • Effective written and verbal communication, time management, collaboration, independent work, and adaptability • Professional judgment and discretion with confidential company and member information • Ability to participate in virtual or in-person meetings and perform essential functions with or without reasonable accommodation
