Beschreibung

• Architect, design, and develop scalable and maintainable full-stack applications. • Work across frontend, backend, APIs, databases, and cloud infrastructure with a tech-agnostic mindset. • Ensure high-performance, secure, and resilient applications, even under rapid iteration cycles. • Own entire features from ideation to deployment in a highly autonomous environment. • Collaborate with engineering, AI, product, and business teams to align technical innovations with company goals. • Break down complex problems, make quick decisions, and drive execution without bureaucratic bottlenecks.

🎯 Anforderungen

• Minimum of 5+ years of full-stack development experience, across multiple languages and frameworks. • Strong backend experience with C# (.NET) or Javascript and Node.js, or Python. • Deep frontend knowledge in React, Vue, or Svelte with modern UI/UX best practices. • Proficiency in cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and DevOps practices. • Experience with startups, side projects, or entrepreneurship, demonstrating ability to ship fast with limited resources. • Strong problem-solving skills, capable of learning new technologies quickly. • Ability to work autonomously, making critical decisions in a fast-moving environment.
