Beschreibung

• Provide quality customer service and information to corporate and community college client employees/students • Conduct outbound telephone calls to employees inquiring about Ancora Training programs • Answer inbound calls to employee questions • Facilitate enrollments and ensure admissions requirements are met • Communicate routinely with students throughout their enrollment and registration process • Process high-volume of outbound and inbound calls • Share industry-related information with prospective students • Follow-up with new students ensuring positive transitions • Use internal management software to track student disposition • Attend department meetings and training sessions • Ensure timely and accurate completion of paperwork

🎯 Anforderungen

• High school diploma (GED acceptable) • 1 year of customer service/admissions or related experience • Strong written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills • Strong presentation skills • Ability to deliver consistent levels of energy and enthusiasm • Proactive problem-solving skills • Ability to handle frequent interruptions and work independently • Competent in priority setting • Strong computer software skills including Microsoft Word and Excel, in addition to industry-related software applications • Associate’s degree in a related area (preferred) • Experience with CampusVue and/or Velocify software (preferred)
