Beschreibung

• Design and maintain custom applications for internal and external clients • Create intricate stored procedures and data models • Conduct SQL performance tuning using tools such as SQL Test • Work daily in an Agile development environment • Develop integrated solutions using Oracle and SQL Server • Execute programming tasks independently while assisting with large engineering projects • Enhance software architecture for new and legacy code • Manage projects and maintain solutions and source control through Git and Azure DevOps • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate and deliver software solutions • Learn and adapt to emerging technologies and methodologies • Implement security measures to protect data integrity and privacy • Deliver high-quality software solutions • Take on special projects as assigned • Participate in a mandatory on-call rotation

🎯 Anforderungen

• 3–5+ years of experience designing, developing, and maintaining databases using Microsoft SQL Server • 3+ years of hands-on software development experience with C#, .NET, and ASP.NET web-based applications • Proven ability to design, develop, test, and support application components utilizing the .NET Framework and C# • Experience with Visual Studio and Visual Studio Code (2017 or later) • Experience using source control and code repositories, with a strong preference for Git • Demonstrated experience in Agile software development environments, particularly Scrum methodologies • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Preferred: knowledge of logistics operations, especially U.S. Customs brokerage processes • Preferred: experience managing source control, branching strategies, and deployments using Git within Visual Studio environments • Preferred: familiarity with Jira and/or Azure DevOps for work item management, sprint planning, and CI/CD pipeline deployments • Preferred: experience partnering with Business Analysts and Quality Assurance teams throughout the software development lifecycle in an Agile environment • Preferred: ability to translate user stories, business requirements, and use cases into scalable, maintainable software solutions and technical designs
