Beschreibung

• Own and deliver complex Teamcenter customizations and integrations for ArsenalOS PLM (ITK, SOA, BMIDE, Active Workspace) • Build high-performance integrations between Teamcenter and other ArsenalOS systems (ERP, MES, change management, requirements management, CAD) • Design and implement scalable data models, business logic, and workflow solutions while minimizing upgrade friction • Contribute to improving the platform observability (Datadog, etc) and reliability • Set the bar for engineering excellence — raise standards through opinionated technical decisions, architectural guidance, and high-quality code contributions • Leverage frontier AI tooling (Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, etc.) for rapid development and serve as a model for how the team should work at speed • Collaborate cross-functionally with systems architecture, software product and design, change management, requirements management, and manufacturing teams • Define architecture standards for scalable growth and move quickly from concept → prototype → production

🎯 Anforderungen

• 5+ years of experience in a software engineering role building products, ideally in a fast-paced environment • 3+ years of hands-on Teamcenter development experience including: • ITK (Integration Toolkit) development in C/C++ • BMIDE (Business Modeler IDE) data modeling and customization • SOA (Service Oriented Architecture) services and handlers • Active Workspace (AWC) customization and development • Teamcenter architecture, database schema, and administration • Strong programming skills in Java, C++, and C# • Experience with modern software development practices: version control (Git), CI/CD, automated testing, code review • Proficiency with AI-assisted development tools (Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, Cursor, etc.) and ability to leverage them for rapid, high-quality development • Experience working with large enterprise applications and platforms with high availability requirements • Database experience (SQL, Oracle or SQL Server, data modeling, query optimization) • Strong opinions about code quality, architecture, and engineering best practices — you're a bar raiser • Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Electrical Engineering or related field • U.S. Person status is required as this position needs to access export controlled data.
