Beschreibung

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of Sales Account Managers to achieve and exceed regional revenue and profitability targets • Define and execute regional sales strategy aligned to corporate growth objectives within the Data Center and Critical Power markets • Drive both account expansion (existing customers) and new business development across targeted accounts • Oversee complex commercial negotiations, including pricing strategy, contract terms, and multi-year agreements • Maintain executive-level relationships with key customers, acting as an escalation point and trusted advisor • Ensure accurate pipeline management, forecasting, and reporting through CRM (Salesforce) • Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, engineering, finance, and legal teams to deliver customer solutions and optimize margins • Drive operational discipline across accounts to maximize Operating Profit (OP) and ensure execution against key performance indicators (KPIs) • Identify business risks and opportunities, proactively developing mitigation and growth plans • Establish and enforce best practices in account management, forecasting, and deal governance • Support strategic initiatives, including new product introductions, market expansion, and channel development

🎯 Anforderungen

• Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience • Typically requires 8+ years of experience in sales, account management, or business development • 3+ years of leadership experience, managing and developing high-performing sales teams • Proven track record of delivering revenue growth and managing large, complex customer accounts • Strong experience in Data Center infrastructure and/or Power Distribution solutions (LV/MV switchgear, busway, PDU, etc.) • Demonstrated expertise in commercial negotiations, pricing strategy, and contract management • Strong business acumen, with the ability to balance growth and profitability • Excellent executive-level communication and relationship management skills • Experience working within a manufacturing or engineered solutions environment
