Beschreibung

• Guide CDP and/or Marketing Automation implementations from beginning to end • Lead documentation and planning, including writing implementation requirements • Identify business challenges and recommend tools, solutions, and MarTech stack designs • Provide specifications and requirements to the internal technical team • Work with technical project managers and engineers to ensure successful outcomes • Lead implementation projects and communicate project deliverables to clients • Act as a subject matter expert in sales presentations and client standups • Provide marketing analytics and reporting support • Understand and support omnichannel transactional and marketing messaging • Map user states, events, and user journeys • Lead multi-tool MarTech implementations, marketing program creation, migrations, and lifecycle-program optimization • Improve data accuracy, schemas, personalization, attribution, and platform integrations

🎯 Anforderungen

• Experience determining cross-platform technical requirements across the MarTech stack • Experience designing and implementing solutions in Segment, RudderStack, mParticle, Tealium, or similar CDPs • Experience configuring automated campaigns and journeys in Braze, Iterable, Klaviyo, Customer.io, or similar platforms • Experience with analytics, enrichment, and attribution tools • Understanding of multi/omnichannel transactional and marketing messaging • Understanding of marketing attribution and ability to audit platform integrations and attribution data • Proficiency with JSON or SQL/data-modeling best practices • Experience with reverse ETL tools such as Hightouch or Census • Proficiency with scripting languages and lambda functions • Ability to present technical topics clearly to non-technical audiences • Superior written, organizational, email etiquette, and communication skills • Excellent attention to detail and ability to translate information into tasks • Self-starter and motivated • Platform experience with Shopify or Magento • Ability to work hours aligned to ET or PT if based in Canada, or overlapping ET or PT if based in Spain
