Beschreibung

• Own end-to-end delivery for new customer implementations and SOW work • Manage scope, issue resolution, and risk across implementations • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers throughout implementation • Track and report on project health using defined KPIs • Identify opportunities for product expansion within assigned customers • Utilize project management skills to support internal cross-functional projects

🎯 Anforderungen

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent project management experience • 2+ years project management experience • 2+ years of SAAS experience • Strong relationship skills, with the ability to work within all levels of an organization • Track record of managing projects and/or programs in a technology environment • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Proficiency with project management and collaboration tools (e.g., Jira, Microsoft Office, or similar)
