Beschreibung

• As a coach/player, lead the ecosystem enablement team -for both edge and enterprise products- to establish trust and transparency with Wind River’s partners. • Validate complete solutions combining hardware from leading silicon and system vendors, Wind River platforms, and industry-specific applications, delivering a frictionless experience for our customers. • Share roadmaps and collaborate with Product Management to align and drive go-to-market strategies. • Architect solutions and actively engage with Engineering to establish best practices for automated and smooth validation of hardware, applications, or both.

🎯 Anforderungen

• 10+ years of experience with enterprise software platforms • 3+ years as a team leader in a software company focusing on ecosystems and partners • Clear understanding of the semiconductor industry and its ecosystem • Strong analytical abilities, with excellent written and oral communication skills • Proactive, ownership-driven leader who takes accountability for outcomes and ensures teams deliver high-impact results • Strong problem solver able to identify root causes, implement effective solutions, and build or improve scalable processes as needed • Strong collaboration mindset • Experience with open source is strongly desired • Ability to attract, hire, coach, and retain talent • Experience in software and system architecture is preferred • Program management experience a plus • Master’s Degree in Engineering, Computer Science or related field • Bachelor’s degree with suitable experience.
