Beschreibung

• Provide advanced technical engineering analysis and advisory support for IHSC enterprise IT systems and infrastructure. • Evaluate system architectures, technical designs, and solution proposals for alignment with operational, security, and performance requirements. • Support the review of, and provide recommendations for, enterprise system modernization, integration, and lifecycle management initiatives. • Identify and assess technical risks, including scalability, interoperability, performance, and sustainability. • Review and validate technical documentation, system designs, and engineering deliverables. • Collaborate with project managers, developers, security teams, and OCIO stakeholders. • Support troubleshooting of complex technical issues affecting multiple systems. • Advise leadership on technical tradeoffs, risks, and mitigation strategies. • Ensure technical recommendations align with enterprise architecture standards and best practices.

🎯 Anforderungen

• Advanced technical knowledge of enterprise IT systems, infrastructure, and architecture. • Experience evaluating technical designs, system architectures, and engineering solutions for alignment with operational and security requirements. • Ability to provide technical oversight and advisory support to leadership and technical teams. • Strong understanding of system modernization, integration, and lifecycle management. • Experience identifying and mitigating technical risks, including scalability, performance, and interoperability concerns. • Ability to review and validate technical documentation, system designs, and engineering deliverables. • Proven skill troubleshooting complex technical issues across systems and platforms. • Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders and decision-makers. • Ability to obtain and maintain a DHS/ICE fitness determination (public trust) and execute a DHS Non-Disclosure Agreement. • Legal authorization to work in the U.S.
