Beschreibung

• Inspire, lead, and develop a high-performing global team of Implementation Consultants • Design and champion a scalable, standardized implementation methodology • Drive execution rigor by ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget • Deliver impactful SaaS platform training in partnership with functional leaders • Oversee global resource planning to optimize utilization • Identify and implement process innovations • Track, forecast, and report on critical Professional Services KPIs • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Customer Success, Product, and Operations • Build and maintain executive-level relationships with key customers • Harness AI-enabled tools and methodologies to scale implementation processes

🎯 Anforderungen

• 10+ years of customer-facing SaaS implementation leadership experience • 5+ years of experience leading global implementation or Professional Services organizations • Demonstrated expertise in building and deploying standardized implementation frameworks at scale • Proven ability to manage complex, cross-functional initiatives that enhance operational performance • Hands-on experience leveraging AI or automation to improve delivery efficiency • Strong executive presence with exceptional communication skills • Willingness and ability to travel approximately 10%
