Beschreibung

• Lead the design of intuitive, user-centered web and mobile applications aligned with business objectives and user needs. • Create wireframes, user flows, user journeys, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs to effectively communicate concepts and functionality. • Collaborate closely with IT development teams, product owners, and business stakeholders to translate designs into high-quality digital products. • Translate complex business requirements into clear, thoughtful, and user-friendly software design solutions. • Advocate for the user by applying UX research, usability principles, and accessibility standards throughout the design process. • Recommend and implement UI/UX best practices, design system enhancements, and user flow improvements to continuously elevate the user experience. • Stay current on emerging design trends, tools, and technologies, incorporating innovative ideas that improve product usability and customer satisfaction.

🎯 Anforderungen

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or commensurate work experience required • 7 years of experience in software product design, user experience (UX), and user interface (UI) design required • 3 years of experience using design software such as Figma and other modern design and prototyping tools required • Experience collaborating cross-functionally with developers, product managers, and business stakeholders to deliver high-quality digital solutions. • Strong portfolio demonstrating user-centered design methodology, problem-solving, and successful digital product design. • Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to delivering polished, high-quality work. • Excellent verbal, written, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment while managing multiple priorities.
