Beschreibung

• Define and execute the product strategy for Endpoint Detection and Response in alignment with the company roadmap and go-to-market objectives • Develop and maintain relationships with engineering, user-experience, and sales engineering leaders to inform and execute product priorities • Work with the Customer SOC team to develop feature delivery that empowers internal teams and delivers value to customers and partners • Collaborate with Product Managers and teams to identify interactions, dependencies, and risks across products and business units • Drive operational needs within the assigned area • Collaborate with UX to center user experience in each release • Translate high-level product goals into detailed requirements and actionable deliverables with R&D • Own product backlog prioritization for engineering teams • Analyze and report on product performance and identify optimization and innovation opportunities • Collaborate with Security Services, Customer Experience, R&D, Alliances, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success • Streamline internal processes to improve development efficiency and delivery timelines • Establish strong relationships with Product teams to drive delivery of an EDR product to market

🎯 Anforderungen

• 10+ years’ experience in a technical or product role • Experience working with global teams, especially in offshore environments • Strong technical aptitude and familiarity with SaaS or cybersecurity products is highly preferred • Proven track record of working with engineering teams to deliver high-quality products on time • Exceptional communication and collaboration skills to manage cross-functional relationships across time zones • Prior experience scaling a product team in a rapidly growing organization • Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, and analytics platforms • Knowledge of cybersecurity principles and risk management frameworks is a plus • Background checks are required for this position • Authorization to receive software or technology controlled under U.S. export control laws and regulations, if applicable
