Beschreibung

• Build internal products that power Threat Intelligence and Detection authoring teams • Develop systems for ingestion, correlation, and operationalization of threat intelligence • Deliver major product features independently from ideation through deployment • Contribute to architecture, design, and strategic initiatives • Complete complex programming tasks and implement software systems • Participate in architecture reviews and technical design sessions • Resolve cross-team dependencies and own end-to-end delivery quality • Participate in daily scrums, standups, retrospectives, Test Fest, and related ceremonies • Support the on-call rotation • Unblock and train other developers • Set and continuously improve maintainable code practices • Review peer code and provide detailed feedback • Coach engineers through pairing, code examples, and knowledge-sharing sessions • Mentor junior team members and develop the team • Identify and resolve technical debt, system bottlenecks, and technical risks • Align deliverables with business objectives and OKRs • Design and deliver Proofs of Concept for high-impact projects • Lead brainstorming sessions, technical workshops, and cross-functional initiatives • Provide strategy and direction on complex technical challenges • Work across multiple repositories and teams with PMs, PgMs, data scientists, security researchers, and SOC analysts • Drive post-mortems and retrospectives

🎯 Anforderungen

• Highly skilled developer able to deliver major product features independently • Comprehensive knowledge of software development practices • Mastery of writing and debugging code • Experience working directly with internal customers to identify pain points and implement solutions • Hands-on experience building and maintaining large-scale data pipelines on cloud-based platforms • Proficiency with at least one major cloud platform: AWS, Azure, or GCP, including native data and compute services • Familiarity with streaming frameworks such as Kafka, Spark Structured Streaming, or Flink • Experience designing and shipping production-grade RESTful or gRPC APIs • Strong understanding of scaling and throughput management • Experience scaling stateless and stateful services under production load, including low-latency, multi-regional backend systems • Knowledge of security best practices and standards • Comfortable deploying and operating services in containerized environments such as Kubernetes • Comfortable adopting AI where it delivers value, with a high bar for quality and ROI • Must support an on-call rotation • Background checks are required • Duties must comply with AWN Information Security policies, standards, processes, and controls • Remote video interview candidates are expected to be on camera during all video interviews, subject to accommodations
