Beschreibung

• Oversee daily cash positioning and manage short-term liquidity to ensure the organization meets its operational needs. This includes managing daily cash transactions, concentrating funds, and ensuring efficient cash utilization. • Administer bank accounts (opening, closing, maintenance, user set up and entitlements), manage banking platforms, execute wire transfers and other payments, and help maintain strong relationships with banking partners. • Responsible for ensuring all U.S. vendor disbursements are timely and accurately paid and recorded in GL. • Drive the short- and medium-term cash flow forecasting process, collecting data from various subsidiaries to provide consolidated company-wide cash projections. • Manage further consolidation of the Treasury function amongst newly acquired companies and foreign subsidiaries. • Lead, mentor, and provide guidance to the treasury team, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement while ensuring high-quality work and professional development. • Identify opportunities to improve treasury processes and procedures. • Participate in and lead special projects and ad-hoc financial analysis as requested.

🎯 Anforderungen

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field. • Minimum of 7-8 years of progressive experience in cash management, treasury, banking or related financial analysis roles, including 2-3 years in a leadership or supervisory role • Experience working with multinational organizations and various currencies • Proficiency with large ERP systems is essential; experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 a plus. • Strong computer skills including advanced Microsoft Excel skills. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills as well as a focus on continuous improvement. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels • Highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision. • Able to efficiently manage workload and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
