Beschreibung

• Sell and position Arista products in established large Public Sector Accounts in an advisory capacity • Serve as a strategic technical advisor and customer success catalyst • Drive Day 2 lifecycle adoption by guiding customers on operational optimization, automation maturity, and business value realization • Build deep, long-term customer relationships and influence revenue outcomes • Proactively position Arista products across data center, campus, routing, AI, and computer vision environments • Provide technical assistance on new opportunities, including proof-of-concept testing at Arista and in customer labs • Guide operational health checks, compliance reviews, and automation maturity assessments • Assist with deploying and integrating CloudVision, APIs, and automation toolsets • Support customer workflows for monitoring, telemetry, and provisioning • Identify continuous-improvement opportunities using Arista’s open, programmable platforms • Guide customers toward modern operating models and reduced infrastructure TCO • Deliver strategic and advanced technical workshops on automation, CI/CD, CloudVision, and AVD • Identify training needs and guide customer teams on training, certification, and skills development • Produce success runbooks, solution blueprints, adoption roadmaps, and optimization reports • Support QBRs, QoRs, and customer feedback loops as the primary account-team contact for Operations teams • Act as a technical liaison between customers, Arista TAC, and engineering • Coordinate with sales engineering and professional services teams for end-to-end customer lifecycle coverage • Evangelize Arista Professional Services and align customer requirements with deliverables • Contribute to the sales pipeline through upselling and support expansion • Increase adoption of Arista technologies and feature portfolios • Improve time-to-deployment, customer satisfaction, and documented value realization

🎯 Anforderungen

• 10+ years of experience in customer-facing technical roles (network consulting, customer success, solution architecture, etc.) • Active Developed Vetting (DV) clearance • Expertise in L2/L3 networking • Expertise in routing, including OSPF, BGP, EVPN, and VXLAN • Expertise in automation ecosystems, including EOS, CloudVision, Ansible, Terraform, and Python • Strong consultative and business acumen • Experience linking technical outcomes to revenue growth • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and advisory skills • Arista ACE certification or willingness to obtain within the first 90 days • Background in customer-facing consultative roles, including professional services or customer success engineering, preferred • Knowledge and understanding of data center, cloud, campus, or routing environments
