Beschreibung

• Develop, maintain, troubleshoot, and enhance Microsoft 365 and Power Platform solutions. • Support application development using Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Dataverse, and related Power Platform components. • Develop and maintain .NET-based solutions using C#, ASP.NET MVC, Entity Framework, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS. • Create and maintain PowerShell scripts to support M365 administration, OneDrive features, SharePoint functionality, automation, and operational needs. • Customize SharePoint lists and integrate disparate systems using Power Apps and related tools. • Support configuration and maintenance of Power Platform environments, pipelines, and tenant-level settings. • Troubleshoot user issues related to Copilot, Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate, SharePoint Online, OneDrive for Business, Teams, and related services. • Assist with monitoring Dataverse environments, optimizing data models, monitoring resource utilization, and resolving performance issues. • Support Proofs of Concept, pilot testing, reference materials, FAQs, knowledge articles, and training content. • Contribute to bi-weekly and monthly status reporting.

🎯 Anforderungen

• Minimum 5 years of experience supporting Microsoft 365 cloud-based services in a large corporate or government environment. • Strong .NET development skills, including C#, ASP.NET MVC, Entity Framework, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS. • Experience with Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Dataverse. • Experience with SharePoint Online development and administration. • Experience developing Power Apps models and customizing SharePoint lists. • Proficiency creating PowerShell scripts. • Knowledge of Exchange, Intune, Azure AD, Azure, Teams, OneDrive, and related M365 services. • Ability to troubleshoot technical issues across the M365 platform and AvePoint Online Services. • Strong written and oral communication skills. • Ability to complete IRS MBI/security onboarding and required IRS security training.
