Beschreibung

• Responsible for providing overall leadership, strategic direction, and operational oversight for federal transition assistance programs • Oversee program management, staffing, operational deployment, risk mitigation, quality assurance, and stakeholder coordination • Manage project implementation plans, staffing strategies, operational readiness, and continuous improvement efforts • Ensure compliance with all security, privacy, and quality control requirements • Coordinate regional operations and support the delivery of transition assistance services

🎯 Anforderungen

• 12 years of experience • Master’s degree in related field • 5 years of experience in managing programs of a national scope, preferable for the DoD • Project Management Professional certification (or equivalent industry recognized project management certification) • Strategic thinker with a forward-looking approach to marketing trends and technologies • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically • Comfortability with supporting complex client relationships • Ability to obtain and maintain a public trust clearance • Legal authorization to work in the U.S.
