Beschreibung

• Manage daily accounting operations, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with company policies and accounting standards • Oversee account reconciliations, month-end close processes, and general ledger maintenance • Prepare and manage cash forecasting, cash flow reporting, and related financial analyses • Review and reconcile bank accounts, credit card transactions, vendor accounts, and balance sheet accounts • Assist in the preparation and review of financial statements and reporting packages • Partner cross-functionally with operations and leadership teams to support financial decision-making • Ensure proper accounting controls and procedures are in place to maintain data integrity and compliance • Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and optimize accounting workflows • Develop, document, and implement department-wide SOPs to streamline processes and support scalability • Support audits and ensure accurate documentation and reporting • Assist with ad hoc financial projects and operational initiatives as needed

🎯 Anforderungen

• Minimum 5+ years of progressive accounting experience • Restaurant365 (R365) experience is required • Strong understanding of accounting principles, reconciliations, cash management, and month-end close processes • Prior restaurant and/or hospitality accounting experience • Experience helping streamline or optimize accounting department operations in a growth environment
