Beschreibung

• Support Linux servers, storage, enterprise infrastructure, and related on-premises and cloud environments • Administer and troubleshoot network, storage, server, application, and system issues • Support Axway Managed File Transfer / Secure Transport and related environments • Support secure, application-agnostic bulk file and data transfer solutions across heterogeneous systems and external partners • Assist with Symantec DLP and SPE-related activities • Coordinate tasks with internal teams, customers, and third-party vendors; track work items and follow up on completion • Prepare technical documentation, procedures, runbooks, instructions, and support materials • Train support staff and users as needed • Support short- and long-term planning, proactive issue prevention, market research, preliminary cost estimation, modernization, alternative solution assessment, and migration planning • Provide continuity and technical support coverage when technical leadership is unavailable

🎯 Anforderungen

• Mid to senior level experience as a Systems / Enterprise Engineer • Experience deploying, supporting, and administering Rocky Linux 8.9 and 9.x • Experience supporting Windows OS 2022 • 5+ years of experience with Linux administration and enterprise servers, networks, and systems • 3+ years of experience in cloud environments • Working knowledge of AWS EC2, S3, IAM, CloudWatch, CloudTrail, Terraform, GitLab, ARM, AWF, ACM, EFS, Transit Gateway • Understanding of cloud networking, including VPC, Availability Zones, Security Groups, ALB, and NLB • Infrastructure as Code experience using Terraform, CloudFormation, or AWS CDK • Exposure to AWS security best practices and hands-on experience with AWS CLI and Management Console • Knowledge of Amazon RDS, AWS Aurora PostgreSQL, AWS MySQL, and RDS on Oracle • 5+ years of experience with managed file transfer solutions and enterprise bulk file/data transfer patterns • Understanding of SFTP, FTPS, HTTPS, and SSL • Familiarity with Axway Secure Transport setup, configuration, troubleshooting, and authentication integrations with LDAP, AD, Okta, and two-factor authentication • Awareness of SSL/TLS encryption, certificate management, and Axway Sentinel • 5+ years of knowledge of cybersecurity tools and practices • Familiarity with data encryption for data in use, at rest, and in motion • Familiarity with Okta and Netskope remote access • Basic scripting knowledge in Python, Bash, or PowerShell • Familiarity with version control systems such as Git/Maintainer • Basic troubleshooting skills for system and network issues • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions or AWS CodePipeline • Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, collaboration, documentation, organization, planning, coordination, and customer-support skills • Ability to work independently, manage multiple work streams, and support enterprise mission needs
