Beschreibung

• Lead and grow a high-performing enterprise Solutions Engineering team. • Hire, onboard, coach, and develop Solutions Engineers into trusted technical advisors. • Coach enterprise skills including complex discovery, POC design and execution, security and compliance, API-level technical fluency, and executive storytelling. • Partner with Enterprise sales leadership to align pipeline and priorities. • Oversee demos, POCs, trials, security reviews, and RFPs across multi-stakeholder buying groups. • Review and elevate team execution and provide technical expertise on demanding deals. • Refine enterprise SE processes, including demo workflows, POC frameworks, trial structures, RFP processes, and knowledge bases. • Build enablement such as competitive positioning, security questionnaire libraries, integration playbooks, and value frameworks. • Translate field patterns into product feedback, roadmap insights, and process improvements with Product and Engineering. • Partner with CS, Product, Marketing, and Implementation on handoffs and enterprise messaging. • Identify high-leverage problems, develop recommendations, validate hypotheses, and secure executive buy-in. • Own implementation end-to-end, managing change, stakeholder alignment, and adoption. • Serve as a strategic contributor shaping how Ashby scales its enterprise SE organization.

🎯 Anforderungen

• Experience managing or mentoring Solutions Engineers in complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise SaaS sales motions. • Experience hiring, growing, and developing people. • Strategic approach to process, enablement, and operational excellence. • Ability to partner with Sales Leadership and cross-functional stakeholders including CS, Product, and Implementation. • Strong business and technical acumen. • Ability to connect Ashby’s capabilities to measurable enterprise outcomes. • Clear communication skills for simplifying complex concepts and coaching others. • Experience or capability building POC frameworks, RFP libraries, competitive playbooks, and demo environments. • Empathy for enterprise Talent teams and their challenges. • Bonus: experience with Applicant Tracking Systems or enterprise talent acquisition workflows. • Bonus: experience building POC frameworks, value engineering models, or technical trial structures for enterprise deals. • Bonus: experience leading cross-functional projects in rapidly scaling organizations. • Bonus: technical individual-contributor background as a Solutions Engineer, Solutions Architect, or similar.
